What exactly is On-Call Management?
On-call management ensures 24/7 coverage by distributing responsibilities across team members. When an incident for your team’s service occurs, the person or people currently on an active on-call shift are automatically added as responders.
Where can I invite my colleagues?
Go to Settings > Members (under Organization) and click "Invite Member" to send an email invitation and set a member role. After they register, they’ll appear in the Members list and can be added to teams and on-call schedules.
How can I add custom schedules?
On-call schedules are created per team. Create or select a team, then go to the team's On‑call section and use the scheduling wizard. You can also assign shifts directly in the timeline.
Can I try on-call for free?
